No advance salary is needed! Just make sure the monthly salary is paid on time at the end of each month.
Yes, helpers are entitled to two days off each month. The leave dates should be mutually agreed upon by the customer and the helper. If the helper does not take the leave, they have the option to encash the unused days and receive payment instead.
