Yes, 2 day paid trial is available, the agency will provide the candidate for 2 day trial, the customer cannot ask for more than 2 day, on the 3rd day, you need to finalize, and you need to pay the subscription charges of the agency.
You can hire the candidate if you are satisfied with his/her work and if the candidate is willing to work at your place, If you don’t want to hire the candidate after the trial or the candidate doesn’t want to continue then you need to pay his/her 2 days salary and release them.
No, the customer does not need to make any advance payment to the agency, but the customer will have to pay the agency’s subscription charges after 2 days of trial, If the customer does not make the payment on the third day, late charges will be applicable.
No, the employer has to pay the decided monthly salary directly to the employee at the end of every month through cash, cheque, or internet banking as per employee preference.
Yes, If the customer appoints the candidate, then there will be a legal contract between the customer and the agency, the customer will have to submit any government valid address ID copy along with a passport size photograph to the agency. ( the documents required for maintaining records and verification purposes only.)
Yes, the replacement guarantee ensures that you always have the right helper for your job. If the assigned helper leaves the job, it is our duty to find a replacement for you within the subscription period.
Yes, He/she will take 2 days off every month to visit their relatives and friends, and the employer has to give 2 days’ leave in a month to the employee by mutual consent, you can also pay them if they don’t take 2 days off.
Yes, after completion of the subscription period, if the customer wants to extend the subscription period with the agency, the customer will have to pay the agency subscription fee again.
For a refund, you need to write us an email at [email protected] and we will verify your details if we found a genuine request we will process your refund within 30 working days, any refund will be made through Internet Banking only, irrespective of whether the customer pays in cash or cheque.
